Answer: Within a week of reaching out, I had my first team interview with Emerald Airlines. Carlos was there throughout, ensuring I had everything I needed, answering my questions, and reassuring me at every stage. Question: How did Emerald Airlines support you during the selection process?

Answer: Once I was in touch with Emerald, I experienced the same level of care and efficiency. Every interaction was warm, fast, and supportive. Within two weeks, I was in Dublin for my simulator assessment, and from the moment I arrived, I felt valued and respected. The examiner created a relaxed atmosphere, explaining everything clearly, even using the board to ensure we fully understood what was expected. There was no unnecessary pressure just a genuine desire to see us succeed. It felt more like being guided by mentors than undergoing a formal interview. 

Question: Were there any moments that particularly stood out for you? 

Answer: Absolutely! Andzelika, went above and beyond. After the simulator assessment, she personally drove us to the airport, more concerned about me catching my flight than I was! Even after I moved to Dublin, she was there on a Saturday morning at 8 AM, smiling and making sure I settled in well and had everything I needed. That level of dedication is rare, and it meant the world to me. 

Question: Would you recommend Brookfield Aviation International to other professionals in the aviation industry?
