Royal Air Maroc (RAM) is the national airline of Morocco and one of the most prominent carriers in Africa, operating a growing Embraer E190 fleet across a broad international network. RAM seeks experienced E190 Captains to join its flight operations team on a renewable contract, with commencement dates available from January 2026

Key Requirements

  • Valid ATPL licence with E170/190 type rating

  • Current Class 1 Medical Certificate

  • English proficiency EPL 4 or above

  • Minimum 1,000 PIC hours on E170/190

  • Clean accident/incident history

  • Clean criminal record

Contract Terms & Benefits

  • Contract: Up to 5-year renewable contract (initial 1-year term, renewable annually)

  • Base: Casablanca, Morocco

  • Remuneration: Competitive pay including basic salary plus overtime and loyalty bonus

  • Roster: 7 days off per month

  • Accommodation allowance provided

  • 24 days annual leave + 6 days sick leave per year

  • Positioning flight tickets included

  • Ground transport between headquarters and airport

  • International health insurance

  • Visa and work permit support
