Royal Air Maroc (RAM), the national carrier of Morocco and one of Africa’s largest airlines, is seeking experienced B737 Captains to join its flight operations team. The position is based at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca, with commencement dates available as early as Winter 2025/2026.

Key Requirements

  • Valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATP) with B737NG/MAX type rating

  • Current Class 1 Medical Certificate

  • English Language Proficiency (EPL) Level 4 or above

  • Minimum 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on B737NG/MAX

  • Clean accident/incident record

  • Clean criminal record

Contract Terms & Benefits

  • Contract: 1-year term, renewable annually up to 5 years

  • Base: Casablanca, Morocco

  • Remuneration: €10,000 per month + overtime + loyalty bonus

  • Roster: 7 days off per month

  • Accommodation allowance provided

  • 24 days annual leave + 6 days sick leave per year

  • Positioning flight tickets included

  • Ground transport between headquarters and the airport

  • International health insurance

  • Visa and work permit support
