We require A320 First Officers for the flag carrier of one of the largest airlines in Asia, The carrier operates to destinations across Asia, the CIS, Europe and the USA.
The Airline owns more than 25 commercial aircraft, including A320, ERJ, ATR, B757, B767 and B777. And there are 6 more A320 units coming in April 2026. This is why we need you now!
Position
You will receive your payment gross in USD, which is a significant benefit.
The contract term is One year renewable, which provides stability and a good life-work balance, providing a commuting contract of 6 weeks ON 2 weeks OFF.
Requirements
The Airline is looking for experienced and current A320 First Officers to replenish their fleet to cope with the busy national and international operations.
You will be considered if:
Holds a valid Frozen ATPL or ATPL with valid type-rating on A320.
Minimum hours 2000 total flight time.
Hours as F/O minimum 1000 on Airbus single aisle family within the past 18 months.
Valid ICAO First Class Medical Certificate (no limitations; OML not accepted, VML acceptable).
No alcohol or substance history recorded by the respective CAA issuing the license.
No involvement in an accident or incident where the pilot was found at fault.
English proficiency – ICAO Level 4 or higher (verbal and written).
Terms
The Airline is offering a competitive salary of:
First Officers/ 5000-6500 USD estimated range for Airbus 320 Captains depending on experience.
Accommodation is included at a 4-star hotel.
If a hotel is not available, an apartment will be provided.
Ground transport provided.
Free Flights in their network.
Employment contract directly with the Airline.
Commuting contract 6 weeks on 2 weeks off
1-year contract, renewable according to performance
