Role Overview

Sun PhuQuoc Airways is a growing Vietnamese airline operating Airbus A320 family aircraft on domestic and regional routes. The airline is seeking experienced A320 First Officers with a CAAV licence to support its expanding operations, with immediate start dates available.

This role offers a stable contract, attractive allowances, and the opportunity to live and work in Vietnam.

Key Requirements

  • Valid ATPL or Frozen ATPL recognised by the CAAV

  • A320 type rating endorsed on licence

  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate

  • Minimum 2,000 total flight hours

  • Minimum 500 hours on A320

  • Last flight on A320 within the past 12 months

  • ICAO English Level 4 or above

  • Clean accident and incident record

Contract Terms & Benefits

  • Contract: 2-year renewable

  • Basic Salary: USD 2,231 NET per month

  • Housing Allowance: USD 1,000 NET per month

  • Special Allowance: USD 1,500 NET per month (until 31 December 2026)

  • Relocation Allowance: One-off USD 500 NET

  • Flight Hour Pay: USD 26.15 per flight hour

  • Sector Pay: USD 7.69 per sector

  • Minimum Guaranteed Income during initial line training: USD 3,475.38 NET per month

  • Annual Leave: 16 days per year

  • Flight tickets provided

  • Ground transport provided

  • Health insurance included

  • Family ticket support available

  • Flexible roster options available
