Role Overview

Nouvelair, a reputable Tunisian airline operating Airbus A320 aircraft, is recruiting experienced Captains for its Summer 2026 flying programme. Successful candidates will join on a seasonal contract, flying domestic and regional routes from bases including Djerba and Monastir.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5,000 total flying hours on jet aircraft

  • Minimum 1,000 PIC hours on A320

  • Valid ICAO ATPL licence

  • English proficiency Level 4 or above

  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate

  • Last flight on A320 within the past 6 months

Contract Terms & Benefits

  • Contract Duration: Summer 2026 (May – October 2026) with possible extension under winter conditions

  • Captain Fee: Approximately EUR 10,200 – EUR 11,000 on 80 flight hours minimum

  • Overtime: Paid per hour over 80 flight hours

  • Housing Allowance: Provided (varies by base: Djerba or Monastir)

  • Days Off: 8 days per month (including 5 consecutive days off)

  • Monthly Free Travel Ticket: For pilot (and one family ticket for contract period)

  • Travel Insurance: Included

  • Health Insurance: Included under company terms

  • Assessment Ticket Reimbursement: Reimbursed upon successful assessment completion
