Role Overview
Sun PhuQuoc Airways, a new and fast-growing Vietnamese airline backed by Sun Group, is recruiting experienced A320 Captains to support its expanding flight operations. The role involves commanding Airbus A320 aircraft across domestic and regional services, reporting to the Director of Flight Operations and working within a professional team committed to safety and operational excellence.
Key Requirements
Valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) issued by CASA, EASA, ICAO or FAA with A320 type rating endorsement
Current First Class Medical Certificate
Minimum 4,500 total flying hours on multi-crew airplanes
At least 1,500 hours on type (A320)
Minimum 1,500 hours PIC on multi-crew airplanes, including 500 hours PIC on A320
Last flight on type within the past 12 months
Clean accident and incident history
English language proficiency Level 4 or above
Contract Terms & Benefits
Contract: 2-year renewable certificate (Brookfield contract)
Basic Salary: USD 3,831 per month
Housing Allowance: USD 1,000 per month
Special Allowance: USD 1,500 per month
Relocation Allowance: One-time USD 1,000
Flight Hour Rate: USD 46.15/hour
Flight Sector Rate: USD 13.85/sector
Guaranteed minimum income during initial line training if flying <70 hours: USD 5,386.15 NET/month
Annual Leave: 16 days per year
