We are looking for experienced A320 Captains to join a fast-growing airline in Southeast Asia. Position
The A320 Captain will report to the Director of Flight Operations and play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient flight operations. Captains will have the opportunity to fly modern aircraft, receive excellent training, and collaborate with a professional team committed to operational excellence.
Requirements
Valid CASA/EASA/ICAO/FAA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) with A320 type rating endorsement
Current First Class Medical Certificate
Minimum 4,500 total flying hours
At least 1,500 hours on type (A320)
Minimum 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC), including 500 hours PIC on type
Last flight on type within the past 12 months
No history of flight accidents or incidents
English language proficiency: Level 4 or above
Terms
2-year contract (renewable)
Basic income + Housing Allowance + Special allowance + one-tim relocation allowance + Flight Hour Rate + Flight Sector Rate + Per diem allowance
16 days of annual leave per year

Flexible roster: 5 weeks ON / 1 week OFF or 9 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF
